Rackham golf course is a classic Donald Ross design established in 1923. While the front nine requires a well placed shot with its doglegs and well placed bunkers, the back nine is longer and a little more forgiving off the tee. Rackham has hosted two US Amatuer Pub Links Championships and also hosts the City of Detroit Men's Amateur Tournament annually. It has been rated the "Best of Detroit" and "Best of S.E. Oakland County" by different publications. Rackham Golf Course has also been named one of the top "unheralded courses" designed by Donald Ross in one publication. Come see one of the great treasures of Metro Detroit.
